Importance of salt in our diet
There are two things that we need in order to live in optimum health. One is water and the other is salt. Not just any salt, but the right salt. The white salt that is being sold commercially is nothing more than sodium chloride. Sea salt is better than the white salt and Himalayan salt is better than sea salt. Natural Himalayan salt is natural and free from impurities. Our bodies are composed of salt, like our blood, our sweat, and our tears. Salt is very important to maintaining good health. I always recommend people to get other opinions from various resources on the internet about how Himalayan salt can be beneficial to our health. If you want to think clearer, sleep better, and control proper blood pressure, then replace the salt you currently use with natural Himalayan salt.
